Question What BIOS version should I flash to?

Allrighty. First post on this site, I'm impressed with the site overall.

Anyways: ABIT NF7-M v1.0; Takin' a peek at the BIOS upgrade page,
and I just can't decide if i need the latest (Rev. 28), or the newest
one that doesn't say:
" This BIOS version is for NF7 & NF7-S Revision: 1.0~1.2 only! "

I'm stumped as to if my board falls into this category with its 1.0
branding, or if it falls into the Rev. 20 category
(
"Released Date: 2003-07-14")

If someone could offer some insight for my lil' dilemma, I'd be forever thankful~!

The newest bios revision is the smartest choice. What bios revision are you using now? Is there a reason why you want a different bios revision than the one you are currently using?

I'm using BIOS Rev. 20, and I want to upgrade... because. Well, I guess that the ideology of "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" applies here. I don't really have a reason to update the bios except to be up-to-date. I guess I'll just forget about it ~_^

EDIT:
NF7-M BIOS 28 " target="_blank">http://-->
Version: 28 Released Date: 2004-10-12
 1. This BIOS version is for NF7 & NF7-S Revision: 1.0~1.2 only!
 2. (For Revision 2.0, please click here)
 3. Hid "CPU Disconnect function" default to AUTO.
 4. BIOS compile date: 09/10/2004

The red text is why I was curious.. Just wondering if the NF7-M applies to "NF7 & NF7-S", because this IS on the NF7-M BIOS page.

My brain hurts. ~_~
