Default 95w go step or e8400

hi just wondering can sumone tell me which chip would score better 3d mark score my setup:

q6600@3.0ghz or e8400@4.0gz
asus p5k
4gb geil ultra pc6400
powercolour 3870xt (x2 crossfired)
250gb diamondmax 21

which chip ???

45nm new technology with the extra 1mb cache sounds tempting just wondering if it is a better all round chip compared to the quaddy

Quad will score better for benchmarking but the E8400 will overclock better and have more raw power.
