Help Needed: Upgrading Laptop CPU

I currently have a Mobile AMD Sempron(tm) Processor 3000+ socket 754 at 1800MHZ and I am wondering what would be the best processor to change to.

I am considering:

AMD Turion 64 MT34(WOF) Lancaster 800MHz HT 1MB L2 Cache Socket 754 Processor

AMD Mobile Athlon 64 3000+ (DTR) ClawHammer 800MHz HT 1MB L2 Cache Socket 754 Processor

AMD Mobile Athlon 64 3400+ (DTR) ClawHammer 800MHz HT 1MB L2 Cache Socket 754 Processor

Since this is a laptop I am upgrading, the problem is HEAT

Can someone tell me each of these processors maximum heat tolerance.

Also can you tell me the best laptop cooling pad to use and how much it cools down the CPU
