NVIDIA graphics processors combined with the intuitive touch-enabled displays deliver a superior visual entertainment and ease-of-use in the following HP PC models:
  • HP TouchSmart PC – This first of its kind, all-in-one PC has a touch-enabled 19-inch diagonal widescreen display and NVIDIA GeForce Go 7600 graphics processor so users can enjoy a variety of entertainment options with a single touch, including photos, radio, movies, music, and the Web1. • HP Pavilion tx1000 Entertainment Notebook PC – This easy-to-carry, convertible PC with a 12.1-inch widescreen display features an optional integrated touch-screen that can swivel 180 degrees. The stylish, lightweight notebook also uses an NVIDIA GeForce Go 6150 graphics processor to enhance playback of DVDs and 3D applications.
"Microsoft Windows Vista is the first PC operating system that requires a graphics processor for the best user experience2," said Jeff Fisher, Senior Vice President of the GPU Business Unit at NVIDIA. "Consumers equipped with the new HP PCs with NVIDIA graphics processors will enjoy the new visual entertainment and productivity that Windows Vista has to offer."
NVIDIA graphics processors are designed to deliver and enhanced visual experience on the PC with features such as:
  • Support for the latest games and applications with DirectX 9.0 Shader Model 3.0 and film quality high dynamic range (HDR) lighting, enabling more realistic, real-time gaming.
