I'm not really up on prices for such a thing myself, but from a pure 'ease' point of view, it seems like a pretty good deal. Sometimes it's best to just pay that little extra to avoid any hassles that may come from installing yourself.

Speaking of chips, are they legal over in the US like they are here in Australia? At least, I'm pretty sure they're legal here.

not sure if they are or not... but idk if i wanna risk installin a mod myself and i dont kno of anyone who could but is there anywhere else you kno of that i coudl get premodded ones... im looking to mainly just play imports and burned games

I don't know anywhere else sorry - I'm not up on the modding scene at all. I'm sure if you googled a bit though you might find a few other sites that do it.

I have seen some premodded ones on ebay before but i dont know if they are any good so I dont know if it would be worth risking getting a dud console
