The reason for the second hand search was, I had directly went to Electronics Boutique, which sell new and second hand games..

And they had neither, that game was a discontinued item.
With that in perspective I searched around locally in numerous stores.. but ahh the internet what a divine tool.

I have the original copy of Marvel VS Capcom 2 New Angel of Heroes in US NTSC, but I will keep it, since it like new condition.
I've sold three copy on ebay around $45-$70 each, so I think you go check out from ebay.
