ps2 help

i want to make ps2 to be able to play full games that i download off of bit torrent. how do i do this and what type of blank cd's do i need. if possible i dont want to open my ps2 and put any chip in it, i heard that there was something called swap magic can play back up ps2 games, will that work? any help is appreciated
