Unhappy Power up SG33G6 Deluxe

Hi Eric,
I have just bought a SG33G6 Deluxe installed with XP SP3.
Starting from yesterday, I have problems of starting up the PC. I push the power button, it lights up, and then turnoff. This keep repeating for 3-4 times. I tried to push spaces around the power button, and push the power button again, then it works. However, after I shut down the PC, and wait to restart it again, I have the same problem. Is this a hardware problem? can I have the shuttle replacement instead of sending for maintenace as I bought it for 6 days.

Did anyone know how the power button works? I mean what are the different options of pushing the power button? For example, just a push of the power button means power on, push and hold 1 second means shut down etc etc.
