Default Sk22g2 v2 won't recognize 4GB

My SK22G2 V2 won't recognize 4GB, I realized it when Linux didn't see it, then rebooted to see if the BIOS would see it. The BIOS won't recognize the full 4GB of ram. The BIOS reports only 2GB.

If I install only one stick, it still reports only 2GB. Also, the system won't boot
if I only install one stick in the slot nearest the front of the machine. Do I have
a bad memory slot?

Ram type: CORSAIR TWIN2X4096-6400C5 2x2GB
BIOS: SK22S20T
SystemID: SK22G20-L3TH00-21
S/N: SK22G200R0703F00449

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
