Best BIOS settings for new build w/GA-X48-DS4

Well the new comp is done with some help from guy here i am very happy with the proformance from it.The ? i have what are the best proformance settings for my system i know that all systems are different but im looking for a place to start and want to make sure bios are set right useing BIOS F2 system spec are:

I see you are overclocking your CPU already so I just was not sure what you meant you wanted suggestions for

These are ranges, use the higher first then move lower one at a time while testing between each move with Memtest86+
