Exclamation BIOS options in GREY(blue)

hey guy im new in the Overclocking world and i want to know why some options in my BIOS are in grey(blue) i want to oc my E8400 mi mobo is a gigabyte EP45-DS3L help plz!!

Some are just showing status, other need other option to be set, e.g. memory timings require DRAM Timings Selectable to be set to manual.

Also, my manual says if you don't have the option to change what you need. Press ctrl + F1 at the main screen. That may give you more options.

in what MIT section of bios? Set CPU Host Control to enable. If still not read this post about clearing cmos. Its towards the bottom.

Which options can't you change? Can you post a picture of the BIOS screen?
