Default Cant overclock mushkin 2x2gb xp2-8000 on EP-45-DS4

I m new to overclocking and was trying to set my memory clock to 1000 mhz or meybe more. So i was looking on guides on this site, and read threads on the forum. Every time i set values in the bios i have errors in prime95 or screen turn white. Please can you provide me right settings for my memory.
Sorry for bad english, writting from croatia.
Thanks!

What PSU do you have?

Fill out one of the BIOS templates that you find in many posts here with the settings you tried.

Change "DRAM voltage" to whatevery the label on your RAM says, probably 2.1V or 2.2V. RAM that runs faster than default 800 needs more voltage, with the stock voltage (1.8V) it won't be stable.

Report back if you have any issues, you might need to adjust some memory timings as well, but it will probably work like this.

DRAM voltage must be 2.1, and i set it like that. after minute of testing popup error.

What do you use for testing?

Change static tRead value in advanced timing control to 9-12, try if one of these values makes it stable.

Bumping MCH Core to 1.24V also can't hurt.

YOu're also slightly overclcking your ram, so try the 3.0B systemmemory multiplier first.

I have set system memory multiplier to 3.00a. Now is stable perfoming test witg prime 95 for 5 min. Hope it wouldnt be unstable for long period of time. I will perform a longer test latter. Can you please tell me what do i get with seting up the letencys and factors in advanced timing controle, do i get stability? And with multiplier a get speed?

If A doesn't work try 3.0D (3.0B is not available I guess?), D is for 400 FSB while A is for 266 FSB, so you're slightly "overclocking" your northbridge.

3.0d is not available and 3.0b is. Is 3.00b for FSB 400? Does this fsb have somthing to do with cpu timing because i plan to overclock the cpu in the future when i get better cooler?
OK. Its stable on 3.00a. When i m going to rise CPU clock, do i need to do any changes to the memory timing?
