Hey guys,
I'm new here and I really need your help!
I'm new to intel stuff (I was AMD user before) and absolutely frustrated when trying to OC this CPU/MB.

I really wanted to achieve at least 4Ghz and that's why I bought this system.
But my system constantly freezing / hang and I don't know what to do.
I need your help to setting up my BIOS, here's the detail:

@Chike

I never got stable in any oc condition except the standard clock what I am at right now. (even 3.6ghz oc failed)

Here's the screenshot.

The Memeset SPD screen isn't included.
tRFC = 68 with 8GB of ram might be too tight.
Set it to AUTO or at least 72, possibly higher.
(G)MCH Overvoltage Control = +0.15 or higher might be needed.

I recommend changing the System Memory Multiplier so that you're running your memory at a lower speed until your system passes extended stability testing. On many systems with 8GB of memory, it's not possible to run your memory at its full rated speed.

Oops, sorry ...
here's the SPD screen.

Also, I don't mind running the memory to 800mhz (using 2.00)
it just ... the system still freeze/hang.

Then you might want to begin with just FSB increase and no CPU OC, get it stable and take it from there.

Load optimized defaults if you haven't already, apply the settings you have posted and set CPU Ratio 8 (a slight underclock to 3.2GHz), and try increasing MCH OverVoltage one step at a time and test, up to +0.225v.
Run ORTHOS customized larg non in-place FFT, select Large in-place FFT, select custom, clear "Run FFTs in-place," OK and run.

You may also want to set Static tRead Value (a.k.a tRD, Performance Level in MemSet, lower is better) manualy, 8 should work, 7 is very much possible seeing you have it on 6 with 333 FSB.
