Default EP-45DS3L still feeezing!!!

Ok I thought I fixed this issue about 3 weeks ago when I updated the chipset drivers and lowered mch from 1.10 to 1.05. The freezing stopped and now all of a sudden its back again, I changed nothing!!!! I'm instantly freezing when I play games within 10 seconds and no idea what to do. I thought this was stable but obviously not. How would I go from not freezing to now freezing all the time when I havnt changed anything.

Also is it normal for me to freezing booting into windows if I increase my mch over 1.10?? I tried making it 1.20 and it wont even boot into windows. I thought I had success with 1.05 but still freezing.

Well, I thought less was strange to work for you, I would still say 1.2 + is needed, sounds like you have some other settings wrong. Please post your full specs and settings again for me and I will advise
