Ya, dont use Auto for voltages for sure! What Vcore you need all depends on your CPU, just set something high you know will boot and then go in windows and look in CPU-z and compare what you get vs what you set in the BIOS and keep that in mind. Then just lower the voltage till it wont boot then raise it back up a few
Here would be optimal ranges for your setup at 4Ghz. Before you use any of this write down your disk settings from the integrated peripherals page because you need to load optimized defaults. I see you have loaded fail safe, you should now load optimized and set your ram voltage ONLY and then save/apply/reboot BACK to the BIOS and make all your changes again including (And do not forget especially if you have a RAID Setup) to set your disk settings again. If you do not and you have RAID and you let windows try to load with incorrect disk settings you will loose your raid array.
