Default Re: EP45-UD3P Q6600@3.2 S3 mode reboot loops

Are those CPU or core temps?
An overnight 8+ hours Prime95 or Orthos blend toture test will help verify the settings are stable. If it fail it's important which FFT size was that caused the failure.
IntelBurnTest is also a good test that help indicate if there's enough vcore, but produce much higher temperatures than Prime95 or Orthos.

Not sure what you mean by cpu or core? I get my temps from a "Core Temp" which displays the temp for each core. Idle is between 32-37
and when I ran prime95 about 9 months ago I saw the temps go from that to 55 to 57 maybe hit 59 as a high don't remember exactly. Should I just run prime95 tonight for 8hrs? any particular settings?

CoreTemp as it's name shows core temps, ET6 shows "CPU" temps which are measured at different location on the CPU and different kind of sensor, differences are 5-10 c between core and CPU temps.
Prime95 or Orthos blend would be good for a start. It's the same test but Orthos halts all threads if one fail.
Small FFT (<=64k) failure may indicate need to adjust CPU settings and large (>=128k) memory/memory related settings.

Got ya.. Can I start test now while working on PC browsing or should I just leave it alone while test is going on?

Should not be a problem with Prime95 or Orthos if it's running in low priority you won't even notice they are running. The test may not run in synch but it's not a problem.
The longer it runs more likely it'll find a problem if there is any so leave it running overnight.

I ran the test for 10hr 43min, temps went up to about 55 and I got no errors.

Default Re: EP45-UD3P Q6600@3.2 S3 mode reboot loops

I guess it can be considered stable, but stable for you means also waking from S3, any change with that?
Try to run IntelBurnTest with max stress level. Note IBT temps are much higher than prime so keep an eye on them while ir's running, if they go over 75c cancel the test.
Run the test after the computer is at least 5 minutes idle, and less as possible programs running. Check the output results to log, it saves logs in IBT directory. If IBT doesn't fail and results are all close to each other than CPU voltage settings are good.

Temps are good, 66c for IBT are not a problem.
I am tempted to say they look good, but there's too much difference between them for my taste.
Try using EasyTune to find out if you make them a bit better. In EasyTune Tuner --> Advanced --> Voltage tab, click vcore right triangle to increase it one step up at a time, then the round set button at the bottom, and run the test, untill results look good. No need to use max stress, but at least 3072MB for the quad. If results improved, reboot set target vcore in BIOS, nd verify with max stress.

For example my IBT results for 3.8GHz, there's less than 0.01GFlops difference between high and low results:
