This screen shot is with the settings you have posted before or have you made aby changes?
Looks good basically, PLL maybe a bit high but not bad.
Have you ran any stress tests to verify the settings stable?
are you going to overclock the CPU more, if not you can improve memory settings, if yes leave them for now.
How are udle core temps and under load, and what kind of load is it?

The screens was taking with the same configuration.
I have test with Prime95 for 3 hours and the test was stable.
No more overclocking that this.
With the sensor of Everest the temps for the cores in stock are the 30ºC, and in Load (for example playing Resident Evil 5) the temps of the cores are in 42ºC (in Everest).

At this moment in my country are in the Spring, with tempearture of 20ºC

My CM690 have 5 coolers Scythe S-FLEX (SFF21G) 1900RPM, but at this moment are running at 1500RPM.

Thanks!!!

Could it be CPU temps you are talking about not core temps? Any they are good anyway.

If you want to tweak memory, set timings 5-5-5-15 and tru to set lowest possible Static tRead Value for both channels, 6 or even 5 should be possible.
Also you can try lower tRFC somewhere in the range of 56 to 68.
Setting both channels driving strength 1066 or 1200 may improve things as well.
To see changes in memory performance and decide which are best, use Everest Memory & Cache benchmark or MaxxMEM.

Run longer Prime95 blend torture, 8 to 24 hours, and you can call it stable.
The longer you run prime more certainty you have about stability, so it is up to you how long you run it, at least 8 hours are recomended.

Save BIOS profile(press F11 in main BIOS screen) so you can restore them easily if BIOS clear. You can also save them to a USB drive for backup.

Thanks Chike!!!! I take yours recomendations and try to make changes in the configuration to make the system stable all time.

Thanks again!!!
