It's your hardware, so it's up to what you want to do with it. I just think that some of those voltages seem to be unnecessary for the clock speed you gained. More voltage = more heat = shorter lifespan and since you seem worried about damaging your hardware, why not give it a try? The worst that could happen is a no boot, to which you'll recover from, better than having the life of your CPU reduced in half.
If you look around in the forum, many members use less than 1.6V CPU PLL and still have stability for the same/better overclock. In my case, ET6 wanted 1.75V PLL to run 4GHz. Using 1.59V gets me stable for the same 4GHz too. If I were you, I'd manually set slightly lower PLL first, leave everything else to auto, see how stable it is, lower some more until I become unstable, and then move to the rest of the settings.

Entering manual settings is no more dangerous than letting ET6 do it.
If it fails to boot, then there are other settings that ET6/CIA2 is messing with that you haven't set right manually. While running the auto overclock, run Memset and note down tRFC, tRead and the divider used and then enter them manually in the BIOS too. tRead is probably the no.1 cause of non boots when initially trying an overclock.
