EX58-EXTREME installing OS to SATA problems

Hey guys, how are we all?

I'm currently having a mind BOGGLING issue which I hope someone can help me out with:


Here it is. I cannot install Windows (7 professional), or any OS to any SATA HDD. I managed to get it installed once, but it just keeps crashing, instantly rebooting. Doesn't freeze just goes straight through POST and continues to loop around in crashes.

Currently I can get through the first part of the install of Windows until it needs to reboot. When it reboots to continue with the install After the cute new Windows logo pops up, it ALWAYS crashes there. I've reformatted my HDD's, Killed the MBR and Partition tables, but that has no luck either.

RAM is fine. Checked that, it all works.

My system:
Intel core i7 920
Corsair XMS3-1600
Sapphire 4870x2

Any ideas?

what bios do u have? read up on how to safely flash bios using q-flash

As usual please load optimized defaults then reboot, then set your dram voltage and therest ofyour settings. Also might try clearing CMOS then loading optimized settings...

Done all that guys. Still no luck, am running latest BIOS cant remember it off by heart. It's packed up in the box ready to go back to umart for them to a, replace b, tell me i'm a douche and that it works.
