you should use the chipset drivers that came on your motherboard cd,for the other drivers like audio and lan update them from the website

Use the drivers in the thread that SolidBladez linked to. Drivers on Mobo CD's can potentially be extremely out of date. There i absolutely no problem using the correct Intel drivers for any brand of mobo with an Intel chipset. Gigabyte haven't changed anything on the X58 and accompanying chips for it to be crucial that the Gigabyte supplied drivers be used.
The Windows 7 IDE and AHCI drivers do a pretty good job and if you have a SSD, you need those Microsoft drivers if your SSD supports TRIM and you wish to use it. It's still recommended to install the Intel Chipset drivers though, as it contains drivers for crucial devices like USB hubs, PCI/PCIe bridges etc.
