Ya, what you set in the BIOS for CPU voltage will be about .6 or so different in windows because of vdrop, and Less then that at full load. So you may need far more then you are trying, but likely not for only 3.4 or so

What is your full settings you are using now that is stable?

ok so after few other hours of trying, i was stable on 3,5 Ghz, then i tryed ,6 it wasnt stable so i went back to 3,5 and it wasnt stable anymore on same setup, 3,3 wasnt stabel too, i realy dont understand it, i setup it 100% same and one time stable one time not, WTF???
now im on 3,1 and i will cechk in night if its stable

Ok so after 3 mins in OCCT critical CPU temperature, on 3,16 Ghz with AC Freezing Pro 7, 69 C. Great. I can change to emo and jump from window:)
Edit:
I setup max temperature in test to 75 so i will tell you results at the morning.
After 20 min max temperature was 70

did you apply the thermal paste properly? that's usually the reason for high temps when you've got a decent cooler on the CPU... also, you can probably lower the vcore to 1.3V (you really dont need 1.35 when you're at 3.16GHz) and if you can get stable at that voltage you should get much better temps...

next thing i gotta point out is Memory Performance Enhance should always be STANDARD when OCing and set your Static tRead to around 8-11.

but really man if you're getting those kinda temps at stock settings and voltages then you have something physically wrong with your setup... make sure your cooler is seated properly and that you dont have a massive cake of thermal paste on your chip... thermal paste is only to fill tiny gaps which arise from an imperfect finish on the cooler base, the layer should be absolutely tiny, less than paper thin

For sure

And please set PCI Express to 100, DO IT and stop messing around

You have to set your ram voltage to 2.0-2.1, and add some MCH Voltages

You should also be using the 333 MCH Strap, with 7-8 Static tRead. After 400 FSB use 400 MCH strap and 8-10 Static Tread.

Sounds like you are jumping around FAR too much, and not taking advantage of BIOS profiles. Save on the main Screen of the BIOS if F11, Load is F12

Today i bought new thermal paste and use it, just tiny layer. Cooler is 100% correct setuped. i have front and back 120 mm fan so i raly dont know. maybe temperature indicators on motherboard are wrong, tomorrow i will test it with my hand, how hot is it:P

Do you maybe have your fans set to low for your cooler, or pointed wrong? What speeds do these fans run, and how are you controlling them?
