Default GA-P31-S3G not booting.....

I have a GA-P31-S3G board with the latest F7 bios that will not boot at all. It gives 2 beeps which I guess means a CMOS error. I tried to reset the CMOS on the mobo with a jumper with no luck. I am getting very frustrated with this board. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. I cannot even get to the BIOS setup screen.
