My computer actually booted up under those settings (previously it didn't when I just changed the latency). I am running the Prime95 test right now and will report back tomorrow with the results. How long does each test usually take, just so I know the thing is actually running?

Thank you for all your help so far.

Run Prime95 for at least 8 - 12 hours, longer if possible.
If there are any test errors, include the Prime95 screen-shot so that we can see where and when the error occurred.
If an error occurs, stop the test and post the "standard" screen-shot including the Prime95 screen.
Let us know which Prime95 test you ran: blend, small FFT, or large FFT.
Include your updated bios settings in your next post.

Please follow this step to allow us to better assist you:

1) List your system components in your signature.
--> User CP tab (upper left corner of web page)
--> select Edit Signature
--> enter your hardware components (brand, model, etc.)
--> include your bios version
--> preview
--> Save when complete
Be sure to include your bios version, motherboard version, power supply, cpu heatsink/fan setup and the model numbers of all components.

I am currently running the blend test, had to restart it because my computer completely froze on me less than an hour into the test.

If your system freezes again, post your bios settings, new screen-shot and your updated hardware list in your forum signature.

My system froze again at some point through the early morning; it took a lot longer to freeze the second time around.

Your CPU temperatures are very high while system temperatures are more then good.
Make sure the CPU heatsink is seated properly.
What is the CPU stepping?

I don't know what you mean by cpu stepping.
