Ahh, see that helps.
You are using F8x correct? That is a modified BIOS to allow Higher PCIE Freq, do you have the PCIE freq set higher than 100? If so all you need to do is flash back to F8x and then set the PCIE Freq to 100, then you can safely flash to the latest BIOS. That is of curse if the D0 issue does not apply to you, which it may as I am not sure what the issue is exactly, I just know I seen reports of D0 issues across the X58 series of new BIOS's posted Incorrect use of ram and or uncore? What do you mean?

Hi Lsdmeasap. I have installed the des software and all the little gold things for phases are moving, and like Everest the power for cpu is shown incorrect, The system is still stable, Do you think it is just reporting incorrectly, and as the system is stable is it ok to run untill the next bios update, the 1.20e ahci is so much better. Thanks.

Yes, it will be fine and I am sure that it wont be long before the update is posted.
What does it look like in everest? And do you have C1E and EIST Disabled? Well, did you before I mean as they have to be enabled I believe to use DES @aquax Not sure, I have only used F9b for a day or so. I used F9a for a long time so I really cannot compare them yet. There is new options for memory in F9b Channel Interleave and Rank interleave. Also added is Enhanced Memory compatibility for sure, as I had some issues with a kit I was sent for review until F9b, you can read about that hear if you like. http://forums.mushkin.com/phpbb2/vie...hp?f=5&t=13600

What is the bug exactly, I mean I am not sure what you are saying? Looks like you may need to add more QPI Voltage is all if you have issues, some ram IC"s just need more than others depending on CPU as well.
Some ram XMP profiles even come 1.6-1.7 QPI/Vtt so if you are saying 1.43V needed is a bug, it is not. You did not answer me about F8x, do you have the PCIE Freq set above 100? If you do than that is why you have a loop when trying a new BIOS. The new BIOS is not made like F8x and cannot be set above 100 PCIE Freq. If you did have PCIE set above 100 with F8x, just flash back to that and lower your PCIE to 100 and then you may be able to use the new BIOS. But like I said, there is a D0 Bug, so that could also be why you are having a loop. You may have to wait a few days for them to get the new ones posted that fix the D0 bug.
