You can overclock your CPU if you want, I am not sure what you are asking.

You can/should also manually set and tweak your memory timings as shown above, and set this to standard if/when you do so >>>
Performance Enhance = [Turbo] <<< Standard
XMP <<< Disabled

Let me know what you want to overclock to and I will post you some settings to try

Well 43-50 is pretty hot as you said you cannot touch it right? Thats hot. Normal would be 32-38

Yes, AUTO is often not enough of something, or to much. Did you try all I suggested, and if so what is your issues still?

I've only changed those settings
Robust Graphics Booster___________ [Auto]
CPU Clock Ratio ____________ [9]
CPU Host Clock Control_ [Enabled]
CPU Host Frequency (MHz)__________ [333]
PCI Express Frequency (Mhz)_______ [100]
C.I.A. 2__________________________ [Disabled]
System Memory Multiplier (SPD)____ [3.20]
DRAM Timing Selectable_______ SPD __ [Manual]

Performance Enhance = [Standard]

is it good enough?

Yes, you can adjust your memory Subtimings as I suggested to you, ut it takes some time and tweaking.

If you do not have time then you are fine leaving them as they are

DRAM Timing Selectable_______ SPD __ [Manual] <<< must be set to manual, then enter advanced timing control

Here is a list you can compare what I posted on page one with the names of settings in your BIOS and adjust accordingly >>>
