Default How to flash x58-ud5 with x58 extrem bios?

I have read threads where people say they have flashed the UD5 with the Extreme bios. I have tried and I get a bios check error. Is there something I need to do to allow me to flash to the Extreme bios, or is it even possible? Will I even notice a difference between the two?

i wouldnt attempt it myself as you may brick the motherboard and need to rma it,stick with the bios for your board you wont see any benefits imo there basically the same board apart from the watercooled north bridge, ive read that people have flashed a ud5 with extreme bios but i dontsee the point and it could be risky
