But the Specifications write this model Supports DualBIOS Plus. If the backup bios cannot update or cannot select boot form backup bios, what's the meaning ? |

It is something you cannot change or backup. It is done automatically within the BIOS chips, and also a backup is added into your Hard drives HPA sector if you are not using RAID or AHCI.
You cannot choose which to boot from or which to update only in DQ6 models with Quad BIOS. The Dual Backup BIOS is a system Default which you cannot mess with, it is there incase your main BIOS fails. It will then attempt to read from the backup BIOS, and then The Hard Drive Backup one. And yes, it often fails to work properly. DO not update your BIOS with @BIOS
