How do I know which motherboard you have?
Btw,
Through the Intel INF drivers will ensure a smooth operation between Intel chipsets, the associated South and North Bridges and the operating system guaranteed. The latest versions are, of course, for the latest chipsets thought older versions typically require often an older driver.
The Intel® Chipset Device Software installs the Windows* INF files. The INF files inform the operating system how to properly configure the chipset for specific functionality, such as USB and core PCI.

Hey stasio

despite that the latest intel chipset is targeted for #: 5520/5500/X58
is there any problem to use it on X48 or P45? ( Just to be sure)

how can you manage your E8600 to 4.2Ghz with only 1.1680v?( you mean under load?)
Thats very impressive.
What Vid your Cpu has?

My E8600 (1.2500 Vid) on X48-DQ6 need 1.2480v with LLC off ,under load to manage 4 Ghz.

Thank you for your response

You must took your chip straight from intel production plant.....
Do you have LLC on or off?

Do you know when GB will be publish a final F8 bios for X48-DQ6 with newer AHCI Rom?(currently is on beta)
I am using F7 now and i have some issues like -disk errors- mouse freezing , especially when i switched on my external e-sata drive.

Again thank you man
and congrats for organised work......
