Default Overclocking GA-EP45-UD3R/E8400 settings help

Well i'm trying to overclock my GA-EP45-UD3R and Core 2 Duo E8400 with this ram: Newegg.com - OCZ Platinum 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory
i have 4 gigs of that ram.
I wanted to overclock this from 3.0 to 3.6. I initially used Easy Tuner 6 and just pressed the 3.6 overclock button but a friend told me that it wasn't advisable to keep everything at auto and overclock. So could i please get some voltage/ram timings for overclocking it to 3.6.

And thank you LSD for helping me with my previous issue!

Wow. That was great for me too. The only thing I chickened out on changing was the Advanced Timing Controls.
