A little more Vcore might help make it more stable. You can also toy with the CPU GTLREF voltage ratios. You should check which core fails in Prime 95 and adjust the voltages accordingly. Refer to this guide on how to do it:

Just to inform that I received my other 2x2 ocz rams. So in total, the system became 8 gig ram and with no changes to my last bios setting, i've ran several tests. The mem86+ no failure, prime95 more than 8 hours (manually stopped, because i thought it was enough) and no pauses during games. As you can remember, it was 4hour 17 mins with 4 gig ram.
