I tried this now:

Robust Graphics Booster___________ [Auto]
CPU Clock Ratio ____________ [9]
CPU Host Clock Control_ [Enabled]
CPU Host Frequency (MHz)__________ [333]
PCI Express Frequency (Mhz)_______ [100]
C.I.A. 2__________________________ [Disabled]
System Memory Multiplier (SPD)____ [AUTO]
DRAM Timing Selectable_______ SPD __ [AUTO]
Performance Enhance = [Standard]

CAS Latency Time________________ 5
Dram RAS# to CAS# Delay_________ 5
Dram RAS# Precharge Delay_______5
Precharge Delay (tRAS)__________ 18

ACT to ACT Delay (tRRD)_________ [AUTO]
Rank Write to READ Delay________ [AUTO]
Write to Precharge Delay_________ [AUTO]
Refresh to ACT Delay______________ [AUTO]
Read to Precharge Delay__________ [AUTO]
Static tRead Value_______________[AUTO]
Static tRead Phase Adjust________ [AUTO]

System Voltage Control____ [Manual]
DDR2 OverVoltage Control__ [+0.300V]
PCI-E OverVoltage Control_ <<<< +0.1V for stability
FSB OverVoltage Control___ <<<< +0.1V for stability
(G)MCH OverVoltage Control <<<< +0.1V for stability

CPU Voltage Control_______ [NORMAL]

This resulted in no post, 2-3 boot cycles and when I entered bios is saw this:
CPU HOST Clock Control - Disabled
PCI EXPRESS FREQ - AUTO

This is so messed up I canīt even run my system at factory specs unless I leave all on AUTO :/

Anyway I did a new test, this time I did like this:

Robust Graphics Booster___________ [Auto]
CPU Clock Ratio ____________ [9]
CPU Host Clock Control_ [DISABLED]
CPU Host Frequency (MHz)__________ [ ]
PCI Express Frequency (Mhz)_______ [AUTO]
C.I.A. 2__________________________ [Disabled]
System Memory Multiplier (SPD)____ [2.40b] (NO LETTER-that option N/A)
DRAM Timing Selectable_______ SPD __ [MANUAL]
Performance Enhance = [Standard]

CAS Latency Time________________ 4
Dram RAS# to CAS# Delay_________ 4
Dram RAS# Precharge Delay_______4
Precharge Delay (tRAS)__________ 12

ACT to ACT Delay (tRRD)_________ [AUTO]
Rank Write to READ Delay________ [AUTO]
Write to Precharge Delay_________ [AUTO]
Refresh to ACT Delay______________ [AUTO]
Read to Precharge Delay__________ [AUTO]
Static tRead Value_______________[AUTO]
Static tRead Phase Adjust________ [AUTO]

System Voltage Control____ [Manual]
DDR2 OverVoltage Control__ [+0.300V]
PCI-E OverVoltage Control_ <<<< +0.1V for stability
FSB OverVoltage Control___ <<<< +0.1V for stability
(G)MCH OverVoltage Control <<<< +0.1V for stability
CPU Voltage Control_______ [NORMAL]

And this time it actually POSTS and boots to Vista and so far no problems (regular use of comp, mp3, browsing etc)

What do u make of that? It seems the RAMS should be ok as I could tighten the timings according to factory specs by upping the voltage for MCH. But enabling CPU Host Control and PCI Express freq makes it not post.

ALWAYS SET TO 100 >>
PCI Express Frequency (Mhz)_______ [100]

You left out the CPU freq above, so I am not sure what you were comparing here.

Yeah, I would not have ANY of them on Auto. Have you read the guide I pinned? I know it is long but it will help you alot.

What you need to do it make changes one at a time, not sets or all of them at once, you will never know which is wrong doing it that way

The CPU frequency has been 9x333=3.0GHz all the time

Yeah, I thought so. Well have you tried the settings FULLY that I posted on page one?

If not you should start there, then lower them one at a time testing after each move

No I have not tested them fully yet but just now I tested to set ALL settings on AUTO except PCI Express Freq and with that it did not POST, cycled a couple of times and reverted back to AUTO

Tried ur numbers now with partial success.

Robust Graphics Booster___________ [Auto]
CPU Clock Ratio ____________ [9]
CPU Host Clock Control_ [Enabled]
CPU Host Frequency (MHz)__________ [333]
PCI Express Frequency (Mhz)_______ [100]
C.I.A. 2__________________________ [Disabled]
System Memory Multiplier (SPD)____ [2.40b]
DRAM Timing Selectable_______ SPD __ [Manual]
Performance Enhance = [Standard]

CAS Latency Time________________ 4
Dram RAS# to CAS# Delay_________ 4
Dram RAS# Precharge Delay_______4
Precharge Delay (tRAS)__________ 12

ACT to ACT Delay (tRRD)_________ [4]
Rank Write to READ Delay________ [5]
Write to Precharge Delay_________ [5]
Refresh to ACT Delay______________ [42]
Read to Precharge Delay__________ [6]
Static tRead Value_______________[10 - 7] - 10 made a boot cycle and reverted to AUTO so I changed to 7, cold boot makes a boot cycle but then boots normally. warm boot no issues so far.

Static tRead Phase Adjust________ [1]

System Voltage Control____ [Manual]
DDR2 OverVoltage Control__ [+0.300V]
PCI-E OverVoltage Control_ <<<< +0.1V for stability
FSB OverVoltage Control___ <<<< +0.1V for stability
(G)MCH OverVoltage Control <<<< +0.1V for stability

CPU Voltage Control_______ [NORMAL]

What do u suggest I do now?

Cold boot makes one boot cycle, reverts nothing in BIOS then boots up normal. Warm booting no problem.

Well sometimes when you change certain settings in the BIOS from one overclock to the next the BIOS must make one boot cycle and shut down to apply the changes safely. Only a double/triple reboot means things are wrong

Get static tRead phase adjust OFF of 1. Use Auto or zero Or 1-31. Using a real setting here such as 1 is going to make you unstable because at certain times (Whenever your board decides) that value will be subtracted from the tRead Phase Value and cause inconsistent instability's
