ISO Files do not get extracted.

You extract the Zip file once and will have an ISO File. ISO Files must be burned differently then most other files. They must be burned as an Image file, or with a ISO Program. Nero will burn them of you have that, as a Image file. Otherwise here is a page that shows you a few ways to burn ISO

Here, in case you are actually having a problem extracting the zip file, and not just trying to extract the ISO itself or Zip file twice as this is wrong. This is the ISO Only, no extraction needed, just burn as a ISO or image as shown below >>
