Lightbulb Re: Altering SPD Table

Hi Anzac Elite:

Thanks for your reply.

Sorry I might get confused about your question yesterday. As indicating in the datasheet, the SPD of KHX6400D2LL/1G is programmed to JEDEC standard of DDR2 667Mhz (PC2-5300). Therefore, after you successfully overclocking to 800Mhz, the Max Bandwidth will still shows at PC2-5300, but you can check at Frequency of Timings to find out the result. In the data you provided, Frequency is at 401.1 (*2 =approx.800 Mhz), which meant already reach to the advertised speed. Please be note that the CPU-Z data are correct and no problem with the modules.

The attachment is the example while using KHX9600D2K2/1G, SPD is programmed at PC2-6400(800Mhz), Frequency reachs to 600Mhz (=1200Mhz) after overclocking, for your reference.

Should you have any questions, kindly feel free to write back to us.

Default Re: Altering SPD Table

It appears I may have confused myself.

Thank you for explaining.

EDIT: New development - I have ordered KHX9600D2K2/2G this morning.

@ Tech Support - joining the forum has helped you increase sales already.
