I would like to know if there would be problems involved in using this memory as part of an LGA 1156/Core i5 system. I assume I would have to lower the voltage to 1.65V? Should I expect then, to have to change the memory speed and/or timing? I had expected that these modules would be great performers on an AM3 board; Can I expect them to perform reasonably well on a P55? In case it is useful information here are the other codes printed on the modules: 9905403-062.AOOLF 4308291-0831226 BVME1650922 Thanks for your help. |

It may depend on the motherboard model.
I noticed some other 1.9v modules on a LGA 1156 http://www.gigabyte.us/FileList/Memo...a-p55-ud4p.pdf
