Im trying to build a PC and im having problems, PLEASE HELP
BIOSTAR TForce TA790GX A3+ AM3 AMD 790GX HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard Thermaltake Spedo Full tower 4 GB DDR 3 1066 Kingston (2 sticks of 2 gb) AMD Phenom II 955 3.2 GHz Quad-Core A-Power 680 Watt Power supply I plugged in everything like it said in the manual and for some reason my computer only shows 4 LED's flash under the Phase LED then no signs of turning on. I don't have the HDD yet because its suppose to arrive tommorow but figured i could build it and have it ready by then. Any help on why i can't get it to start up?

Well i got it to power up but still no video, do i require a HDD to display video?

No you dont need a HDD to get VIDEO. What Video Card are you using? Do you have another to test with? Try just 1 stick off ram in please. Make sure you have all connections plugged in properly and if non of that work perhaps try taking the MB out of the case and assembling the system out of the case on a piece of cardboard or something to eleminate a short.
