Long time to process order on RunCore.com

I know this is a tech support forum but I just can't contact with the sale department! I sent multiple email with NO reply!

I placed an order on the 23th, I got a email saying I will get a order number in 24hours. It has been over 150 hours now but I am still waiting. I try sending emails but I get no answer.

Can I know what's the status?? I will go somewhere else if you don't want to sell it.

Sorry to know that... may I know where are you located or have you tried to contact the local reseller? for simple you could give me an e-mail indicating the P/N & qty of the SSD you are interested, pls mail to ashley@runcore.com
