Hi, maybe you can help me out. My situation's noted here and it's similar to that of a few other members.
Brand new Runcore IV + X40 = Blue Screen Runcore's had my drive for two weeks now, and I haven't heard anything from them. I'm getting a little impatient here; I'd like a working, replacement drive or my money back. What should I do? Thanks.

To Danny: You can send an email to RD@runcore.com so that all the support team can see the issue and hope they will figure it out soon.
To Commander Wolf: Where did you get the RunCore SSD and when did you return the SSD to your distributor?
