My problem is while the ASUS Bios can "see" the 32g SSD it will not boot off of it. The BIOS shows the 32G SSD as a drive to select in the boot priorty it does not show it available in the Master/Slave section of the BIOS. When installed the 16G SSD does show up as Master. I also used the ASUS Recovery CD to load the RunCore 32g SSD and the ASUS won't boot from the RunCore either. What could be the possible problems and how can I correct the problem(s). hi, chero, this Runcore ssd is a sata drive, and sata signal has no definition for master/slave, only a sata master.
maybe it is good for you to update bios to the latest version 1006, and you can see it as a sata master. |
