2400+ memory for Asus Z77 and i7-3770K

I'm looking for the last part to my new computer build, which is the memory modules. I am waiting for delivery of a Core i7-3770K and Asus P8Z77-V Premium and will be using an older heatsink a Thermalright Venomous X which needs to be accommodated with regard to the memory profile. To begin I intend using 2x4GB of modules but would like the option to add 2 more modules in future. I am looking for memory which can be overclocked as high as I can get it without requiring any special cooling, however I do have 6 case fans. I would like some capable of 2400MHz as a minimum which I believe the CPU, motherboard and chipset should be capable of. The motherboard specs do state 2800MHz for memory overclocked so that shouldn't be an issue even if the CPU doesn't go that high. I therefore would like some suggestions for modules which are rated @ around 2400MHz or could be reasonably expected to overclock to that speed. A little extra wouldn't hurt. However I don't want to have to spend on the highest specced modules because I'm not a hardcore overclocker or bencher. Therefore suggestions please.

As you mentioned about adding two more in the future, just wanna remind you that adding another kit may cause some compatible issue. People usually would like to doing this way but they didn't noticed that high frequency memory module is hard to pass the compatibility test, especially for 1866MHz and higher. Is there any reason why the CL9 version has not been qualified for the P8Z77-V Premium but the CL10 version has?

If you talking about the DRAM QVL for P8Z77-V Premium, i believe that's because the CL9 is the latest product, and the Asus havn't update their QVL, or sometimes they won't put every model to the QVL, please note!
