    Plus the little piece of information saying you enter console mode by typing CTRL + ALT + ~

    If you get in using the C+A+~, then enter 'com_allowConsole 1', you can get in after that by simply pressing ~.

    A cvar list isn't that hard to get (the command is right there - cvarlist).
