It looks like you may have bad RAM. I know some might say I am jumping to conclusions without troubleshooting the problem, but look at that review on the NewEgg link you sent - and I quote:
Pros: Nice price for 2x1GB sticks after Mail-In Rebate.
Cons: The first pair wouldn't even run at 800Mhz. RMA'd the first set and got a new pair and atleast these run a 1050mhz (No higher) and I had to up th volts to 2.3 to make them run a 1050hmz.
Other Thoughts: NO MORE KINGSTON FOR ME!! (after these die)
Return them and buy some Ballistix. :)
