Need spec's for GA-EP35-DS3L

Hello All, I have pieced together a system to build with my son and now I am looking for some help with the bios spec’s.

We have completed the build and powered it up for the first time and everything is recognized and seems to be functioning properly, but I would like some help with the fine tuning of the bios.

The specs are as follows:

GA-EP35-DS3L
E8400
HX520 corsair PS
4850 Radeon GPU 512mb
2X2G MUSHKIN 996587
Xigmatek HDT-S1284 CPU cooler.
Stuffed in CM690 coolmaster case

He will be mostly playing World of Warcraft, FEAR, various games and surfing the internet.

I am looking for some speed but not at the cost of stability.
