CPU Vcore shouldn't be on Auto, that might be too low, otherwise the above settings look good.

But does the CPU really need that much Vcore for 3.8GHz? I have an E8500 at 3.8GHz installed at the moment and it works fine with 1.26V.
Also try to manually set PLL voltage to 1.55V or 1.65V. 1.85V in that first screen is pretty high and usually not necessary. Nobody knows why Auto causes it to go so high when overclocking...

Yea I know, I did try change it varies but no luck, I just let CPU burn in for while with all auto setting and try again change setting after install new fan heatsink also I do still have stinky stock intel HSF that is why.

I hate being such a pain in the ass. But I'm still not seeing any results guys. I've set all voltage settings to AUTO (besides the DRAM) and it's doing the same thing. Start - no post - power off - reset bios - post!

Is this a hardware issue? I've run several passes over memtest and have no issues. The system runs rock solid stable at stock settings. I can't figure out why it won't do any overclocking.

Try lowering the multiplier once to see if the CPU runs with the higher FSB and decrease the memory multiplier to 2.0B (sometimes RAM doesn't like a specific multiplier).

Go to advanced timing control and set tRFC to 62 and try tRead Value at 10, 11 and 12 (try all three).

Also keep the voltages as I told you, Auto Vcore may not be enough and the othere's definitely can only help as well.

What PSU do you have? OC sets higher demands to voltage stability, so while your system might be fine at stock, it may not be at OC settings.

I find odd to me...I set auto to CPU Vcore no problem with 3.16, look the pix below with red circle see it also passed 24 hours orthos.

Both different boards might be act different behaviors ? I guess mine setting works for me.



BTW, maybe PSU ?

You have to remember that CPUs behave very differently, and the Vcore required for the same overclock varies widely. Even at stock Intel itself gives different CPUs different VIDs.
