SpeedFan Beta Program

This beta uses a completely new driver
It properly updates ACPI temperatures on all systems (including laptops)
accesses Nuvoton W83627DHG-P
no longer reads SMART Error Log Reporting data on program start (thus reducing incompatibilities)
fixes Fintek F71858 support at unusual addresses
requires administrative privileges on program start. Too many features nowadays require privilege elevation thus I chose to make it mandatory.
SpeedFan.exe is now digitally signed using my company's (SOKNO S.R.L.) certificate.
This time the beta comes with a full installer, needed to upgrade the device driver.

Memtest86+ 4.20 Beta 4

Memtest86+ V4.20 will be released in ~10 days. Changes are complete support for Intel "Sandy Bridge" CPU and some bug fixes. We added a "fail safe" mode for the rare case where memtest86+ fail to boot on some PC. Just press "F1" when Memtest86+ is loading to enter "fail safe". Many details will not be displayed on screen but the reliability of the tests will remain the same.
