Cannot install winxp, please help me

Hi people,
I really need your help :(

Here is my spec
Gigabyte EP45-UD3P
E8400 CPU + stock fan
G.Skill F2-8000CL5D-4GBPQ - 2x2 = 4Gigs
Corsair 750w
And e-pci video card

Note: Just a regular computer no OC.

The problem is whenever i try to install a clean version of windows it will reboot half way or during the loading phase like "Windows is loading the files...." Crash / reboot :(

When trying to run a memory test its OK.
When trying to run CPU test.. it will reboot

Bios updated to F9 - with default settings.

What can i do now, i'm so sad.. cant make this machine work..

i was running the Ultimate Boot cd thing.. and it has a CPU test thing..
Posting my settings will take a while i have to write everything down. wont be long.

also make sure the graphics adaptor is set to PEG

when you want load an os
F-12 select the optical drive from the boot menu,(you have the dvd or cd media already in tray)
1st boot device in cmos is your OS hd

I don't know your machine
set your ram on standard not turbo for now
disable xmp
pci express frequency 100
frequency latch 333
set your ram in system memory multiplier to get your stock ram speed to show up
or auto if you stuck
first 4 ram timings at their stock all others at auto for now
Dram timings selectable to manual


Auto settings on those not filled in below can do later

I changed my settings to urs but it failed again.. rebooted when i tried to run the CPU burn in test from a CD.

Don't know what you have there.

Your cpu heat sink fan combo is on okay I guess

I don't know anything about your cpu burn test when you haven't even loaded the OS yet and what you are doing with it.

I get it running good first.
