Cheers,
These are cool temps for Q6600 at 3.6GHz aren't they, how do you do that?
To give y'all a break from the common thread, here's a feel good one.
I replaced my dying DFI T3R P35 MB with this UD3R and I love it so far. This board is stable, something DFI has forgotten how to do, and overclocks my aging Q6600 just fine with the lowest voltage of the three MBs it's been in. (Asus P5K P35 Black Pearl Edition). I started out by using just a tad more voltage than i used on the P35's just to get it running at 3.6g. I've spent the last week or more getting the voltages down. I have bumped some of the voltages up one notch just to insure stablity and I am very pleased with the stability. Here's a screeny of my first 'saved bios settings' that I've made. This board is less than half of the Asus and only 2/3rd of the DFI so like i said, I'm very please with this Gigabyte MB. I might just buy another instead of sticking with DFI and Asus.
12 hr OCCT run.

If I could get my sig to show up it would say. I have a custom water loop that was not able to use the NB block on the UD3R so I have a triple rad working on the cpu all alone, not to metion the new Swiftech cpu block.

petercintn,
I am glad and happy for you. I also have never had a problem of any kind with this board; which has been going strong for 8 months now![]()
