So where do you want to start? 3, 3.2, 3.4, 3.6, 3.8 GHz. And I see you have 8 GB ram is this correct? If so I doubt you can get the full 1066 speed. Unless you just need 8GB memory I'd go with four gb.

Hey Conners. I want to achieve 4.0. If I need to remove 4 gigs of ram to do so, I will. The Q6600 I replaced would not budge above 3.3.

With 8 bg ram you may only get 800 to 1000 memory speed therefore limited in how high you can go. It's up to you man, matters not to me. Are you completely stable @ stock speed?
Just name a starting freq and memory amount you want to achieve and we'll go from there.
I think 3.8 would be a nice start. I will try with 8 gig first & go to 4 if needed.

You have the ram at DDR-667. Before you attempt overclocking the CPU make sure you can have the ram at least at DDR-800.
@ Chike - I can get the ram at 800 without a problem.
@ Conner - I could not post at those settings. I upped the vcore an increment at a time, up to 1.35v. I decided not to go higher.
