Thanks a lot qwertylesh im really thankful.
yeah, if it can do that, no errors, failures, freezes, or anything similar to those, then its (cpu, ram, psu & mobo) quite stable

thats good, provided your windows installation is ok, and your graphics card is healthy, then you should not get any freezing problems when gaming too :)

If theres a problem in the video card. Can it make the computer freeze while in idle and while im sleeping so i was doing nothing on the comp??
When i woke up today i found my comp frozen while it was in the desktop Oo.
So like u said qwertylesh if theres no problem with cpu, memory, and psu then maybe its a gpu problem.
I ran video memory stress test 5minutes later it restarted automaticly and windows error manager said that it was a blue screen but i was just a restart i saw no blue screen.
weird.

thats really weird, generally a hard lockup is caused by unstable memory, when the IMC isnt able to run the ram properly, it'll cause a hard lockup (ie, too tight tREAD value)
since you can blend stress for 10 hours, this contradicts the above, so it could be locking up because of a display issue.
I think the easiest way to find out is to get someone to run your video card in their system overnight, if theres no freeze for them, then the card isn't causing it and you may need to increase your ICH Core voltage 1.1 up to between 1.14 and 1.2, then lock your pci-express bus to 100.
Im not sure what else to do and to test to figure out weather its the motherboard or the graphics causing the freezing.
wazza, psycobunny and lsdmeasap would be of more help in that regard :|
