could be that brand of ram, some brands suffer from cold boot problems on ex58 too, others work fine
and all work fine when pc is warmed up
have you run memtest86 from a cold boot to see if theres any errors? and again when warm?

Instead of powering down your system, put your system into SLEEP or HIBERNATE mode and see if your system resumes overnight problem free.
Another test you can try is to see if you can turn on your system, and hit the delete key to enter the bios. Don't make any changes, just leave it at the main bios screen for a minute or two (or longer), then exit the bios (F10) and see if your "warmed up" system will now boot successfully.
If there are still problems, post your bios settings, using the P35 bios template.
Please add a detailed hardware list to your forum signature.

Already tested with memtest86 from bios but only when all warmed up. Maybe I can try to test with other memories, but not avalaible soon. (isnt odd that my teamgroup memories goes well since three years and from day to day doing this prob?)
I will try then to use hibernate tonight.
For access bios at start I think it cannot possible, because I dont see anything on screen..only after 8-10 switch off/on system boots..
I will for sure post my p35 bios screen as soon as I can![]()

If the memory worked for years, but now does not and you haven't changed any BIOS settings or the BIOS itself, then it's very likely the memory is going back (At least one of the modules anyway).

Recently replaced few bad capacitors of 3 year LCD 20" on my own, those can be found on video card and power suplpy too. Causes the system to boot less sucessfully over time. You dont have cold boot, Cold boot causes the motherboard to set performance level of the chipset 1 step lower than possible and that causes it to boot few times, or boot and become unstable and boot again, or just forget its overclock, curable by setting lower MCH +0.1, and Static tread to the minimum possible value that is stable under testing.
Update:
After using Hybrid sleep mode instead of shutdown, after 2 night I can say that pc starts well without problems, even oc at 3.2. Maybe not a definitive solution, but I think its a good compromise
Thank all who replied and try helping me, very very much!

I have a theory that some overnight cold boot issues are related to a partial failure where an electrical component doesn't operate properly until the the electrical juices have been flowing for a short while and the component reaches a minimally elevated temperature. My best guess is that it's related to the motherboard, but it could also be related to the psu or memory. I don't think that the problem is cpu related, but that's just my best SWAG (Scientific Wild Arssed Guess).
You were a guinea pig for my theory.
Hopefully this will be a "permanent" fix that won't get worse over time.
**edit** Your best bet is to perform separate tests with a different power supply and another set of memory modules.

I'm happy to be useful to your theorieshehe
Your SWAG is solid, I also think its a problem related to some electric thing. As u said its not related to cpu, but I bet to certain memories with certain motherboards, especially Gigabyte and Asus'. Minor bet on Psu.
As I can I will try changing psu and memories, just to see if things changes. I'll also watch if hybrid sleep can really help to solve problem, testing for some days and seeing if all went good. Stay tuned![]()
