From their website, it looks like the non-"A" models use the 34nm NAND.
Did you replace your OCZ ssd with the Corsair F60 ssd? Your signature still shows the OCZ ssd.
I switched over to using corsair F60's for the smaller capacity ssd I use. They labeled the 25nm's different, so you know what you are getting.
34nm is especially useful for that capacity, 60gb, I feel. ( 4 vs 8 chips/channels I think causing that?)

:D haha you are right, in my own system im still using the vertex2(34nm) 120gb, so my sig is still good. What I meant was: In the builds and upgrades I do now, I use corsairs f60 if a small 60gb ssd is required.
I found that to be an ideal size for running the os and a few apps a lot faster, so I quite often advice it as an upgrade/entry to ssd for existing systems/laptops.

Care to post any benchmark comparisons between the Corsair F60 60GB_34nm versus the OCZ Vertex2 120GB_34nm?
How about a subjective opinion on the real world performance and feel of each ssd as a boot drive?
How much space is used by the o/s on each ssd boot drive?
My ssd boot drive now uses just under 50% of its 55.8GB formatted size.

I can't do any actual comparing right now, but I will do if I have one on my desk and find some time to do it.
It's hard to tell if there is much difference between the v2/120 and f60, because I installed some f60's in laptops and older systems, so it not really comparable to my own oc-ed system. The v2/120 does feel very fast, but it only has 30g used, the 60g's are -like yours- about half filled (that's why I think 60g is an ideal entry size, 120g is a waste if you only use like 25%). My feeling is that the v2/120 is a tiny bit faster, but can't provide evidence.
The upgraded systems did benefit very much, cutting boot time by a huge factor and making the machines feel like rejuvenated(not too hard coming from an old 5k2rpm laptop hdd).
The f60 is faster and larger than a similar size ocz 25nm offering, that I'm sure of. I think it should be about the same as ocz's 34nm ones.
edit:
just checked the condition of my v2/120/34 after about 9 months of use, and it's still at 100%
